Part Number: BQ40Z50-R3-DEVICE-FW
Hello! I'm looking to switch our bq40z50-R2 to bq40z50-R3. I want to better understand the implications for that.
Ok, so first I flash a new SREC (I downloaded the R3 firmware). At that point, what about:
1) My old configuration files (gg.csv). Can I still use these? Can I load them, and then re-export them to update the version? (Obviously there are additional settings I'll need to configure)
2) Do I need to reprogram the cell chemistry?
3) Does my old learning cycle still work? (loaded from the config file)
4) I assume I need to create a new srec file that includes the firmware, cell chemistry, and settings?
5) Do I need to do something in bqstudio, or will it know how to deal with the R3 version (so long as it's up to date)?
