I saw that value.

I thought it was a value that would be applied under the condition of TA = Full Range (-55°C  to 125°C ).

Is this same even when TA = -40°C to 85°C?

Hi Nishie,

Full range depends on which grade the part is designed to operate.  xxl = -40C to 85C, xxQ = -40C to 125C, and xxM = -55C to 125C.  See table below:

I apologize for  lack of explanation.

I thought that TA = Full Range on p 8 of the datasheet is -55°C to 125°C .

Under this condition, Td = 1.1ms to 4.1ms.

What is the Td(min and max) value under the conditions of TA = -40°C to 85°C (TLC7705IPW)?
