UCD9090: Programming problem - The software GUI cannot read the IC

Hi

We are currently going to programming UCD9090

The tool we use is GPIO-TO-USB

After we connected the circuit, the software GUI could not read the IC

I would like to ask if there are missing components?

The following is the circuit diagram and wiring way

TEXT_24 -> GND

TEXT_21 -> PWR

TEXT_28 -> PWR

TEXT_26 -> SCL

TEXT_25 -> SDA

Both ADDR groups are connected to 118.6K resistors

    Hi

    In order to communicate with USB-TO-GPIO dongle, only GND/SCL/SDA pins are needed. there is no need to provide power.

    Have you probed the V33D/V33A/BPCap/Reset? BPCap shall be around 1.8V if device is functional?

    Moreover, if UCD9090 is functional, it shall consume about  55mA current. Do you have a way to check this?
