Can we conformal coat or encapsulate the IC's BQ77216 and BQ76952 etc. Will there be any issues in the long term usage?

Hi Anjan,

We have seen some customers use this method. However, we have not done any extensive testing and therefore cannot guarantee that the performance will not be affected.
