Please suggest me which EVM I can choose to design a protection for Li-Ion battery pack as per my requirement

Dear sir,

I have a Li-Ion battery pack made with 3 cells in series (3S-1P configuration). My protection thresholds are Upper cut-off voltage : 4.0V and Lower cut-off voltage : 3.0V.

Can you please suggest which EVM of TI I can use to design protection BMS for my battery-pack according to my protection thresholds.
