TPS40210-HT: When we generate negative supply , How to simulate the tps40210-HT Circuit ?

The reference design shows that the model cant support the negative supply

Did you try to simulate your design already? I expect that in your design the converter does not have negative voltage on the GND pins which is meant with the comment.

But we confirm that we want the following circuit to generate -2KV Voltage ,and when Vout =-2KV, can we use the transient model of TPS40210 to do  simulation ? 

By the way , how to adjust phasing dot of the transformer ?

I am not sure if the transient model will work for this setup. Are all voltages on the IC positive compared to the GND connection of the IC?

only Output Voltage Vout is negative to the GND of IC. Other supply is positive to the GND of IC

Please share either your TINA model or simulations of the different waveforms of all input and output signals as well as all pins.

On the other hand, please try different simulation methods and start values to check if this helps.

1:When we want to generate positive supply , we can adjust R7=320Meg, We can generate 1kv ,But when we want to modify R7  to generate higher Voltage ,The Output Voltage will decrease to 0V

2:when we Generate negative supply, Feedback circuit can generate -1kv with control Voltage 3.1V ,but when Control Voltage decrease to 3v ,The Out Put Voltage will decrease to 0

I dont know what is the reason for the problem ?

Is it possible that the increase in this single resistor causes the comparator to get into its limit? I think you need to adjust the amplification to stay in the right window.
