BQ51050B: About BQ51050B (CHG, TS)

Hi,

I'm planning to use bq51050b for our company's product.

I have some question about bq51050b.

  1. About CHG pin
    1. I want to connect CHG pin to mcu and check the state of chg by interrupt.
      So, I connected CHG to mcu using pull up resister.
      The question is how to calculate pull up resister value.
      Mcu vdd and pull up voltage is 1.8v or 3.3v.

  2. About TS pin
  1. I checked schematic of TS pin in 8.3.4.11 Internal Temperature Sense (TS Function of the TS/CTRL Pin).
    I didn't understand the use of the R1 and R3.
    Can i use 10k NTC thermistor like below? (RT1 = ‎NCP03XH103F05RL‎)

    Hello 

    BQ51050B /CHG pin -- This pin is an open collector output that will support both 1.8V or 3.3V.  Recommend keeping the sink current below 5ma. 

    BQ51050B TS pin -- R1 and R3 are used to adjust the hot and cold trip points.  A standard NTC can be used without additional resistors if it meets the requirements.
