My customer is using TPS61089. They want to know how much current can flow through the body diode of internal rectifier MOS.
The reason is that when TPS61089 is shutdown, both of 2 internal MOS are switched off. But at this situation, Vin can still supply for Vout through the external inductor and body diode of internal rectifier MOS. So the the load is still drawing current from Vin. Customer wants to know how much current can flow through the body diode of internal rectifier MOS. Thanks.
