Depending on your circuit design/load requirements, you may be able to use the TPS62147.

Are you using the VSEL feature on the TPS621351?

What are you input voltage, output voltage, and load requirements?

Thanks for your answer.

Attached the schematis. I have the Vsel grounded.

Specifications: 10V-14V to 3.30V @ 1A

Could I test the "TPS621361RGXR" changing the value of the inductor to 1.5uH?

Aitor,

Yes, the TPS621361 can work as well provided you increase the inductor to account for the lower switching frequency.

Unfortunately, your schematics didn't come through, but in addition to increasing the inductance, you may also need to increase Cout as well.

Aitor,

The TPS621361 can certainly work with a larger L (may want to even consider using 2.2uH over 1.5uH), but you also would need to increase Cout to at least 47uF as well.
