TPS2663: Operation on PGTH pin is low.

Hi Hattori,

The main pass FET ON condition does not depend on the PGTH pin status. The FET will be ON even if PGTH pin is at low provided Vin is above UVLO and below OVP thresholds.

During startup, PGTH will be at LOW and the current limit will be at IoL. But while recovering from fault, current limit will be at 2xIoL only if PGTH is at HIGH. Please refer Section 9.3.2.1 in the datasheet.
