    Hi Ann Lien,

    The recommended operating temperature range is -40C to 125C for the TPS3700.

    Hi Ann Lien,

    One more thing to add, the TPS3700 consumes very little current and when you calculate the junction temperature of the device at worst conditions (IDD = 13uA, TA = 125C, VDD = 18V, Rtheta-ja = 204.6 C/W) and assuming a 6-pin SOT package, the junction temperature is almost the same as the ambient temperature.  See below:

    Theta JA = 125C + (VDD*IDD)*(Rtheta-ja) 

    Theta JA = 125C + (18V*13uA)*(204.6 C/W)

    Theta JA = 125.05C 

    Therefore, the recommended ambient operating temperature can range from -40C to 125C.
