please help to

1. review the following schematic

2. confirm that the inductor is ok.

3. please let me know if their inductor is overkill for their design.

VIN= 12V

VOUT= 20.7V

IOUT= 2A

INDUCTOR = SDR1806-5R6ML

Hi Kevin,

1. The schematic looks good.

2. Inductor should be OK. The Isat is 12.80A, which is little bit high for this design. Customer could select a smaller Isat inductor to reduce the circuit total size.
