thanks in advance for your support.

I can read the controller SN but not other registers. UNSEAL has been tried. But it doesn't help.

Hello Yevhen,

It looks like bqStudio is not communicating correctly, make sure the connectors for the EV2400 are in the SMBus section, not I2C.

EV2400 was connected into SMBus port.

Hello Yevhen,

Make sure you run bqStudio as admin and the EV2400 firmware is updated. Also try using the stable version of bqStudio instead of the test version.

Hello Yevhen,

I have seen this error from plugging a SMBUS device into the !2C port of the EV2400, I would double check the communication line connections and install the latest EV2400 firmware.

Do you get this kind of issue with any other boards?
