TL594: tl594.pdf has same errors as tl494.pdf, and some more as well

TL595.pdf has (at least some of) same errors as I previously notified for TL494 a few weeks ago.

Section 9.2.2.2.3 Current-Limiting Amplifier

Fig 10 has incorrect resistor label and incorrect resistance value: 'R11 0.1kΩ' should be 'R13 0.1Ω' in order to match Fig 7

Fig 10 has pin numbers reversed for TL594; Comparator '+' s/b 16 not 15, Comparator '-' s/b 15 not 16
