HI Team,
I'd like to know the rising and falling time of the LM25184-Q1. Customer want to know this information to calculate the switching loss.
Thank you,

Hello Pin,
the losses are low during the off time because its a Qasi resonant switching due to being in boundary conduction during the turn off edge. That is to say switching occurs at the trough, so switching losses for the off transition are minimal. I recommend using a rise time of around 15ns as a starting point for your switch loss estimations.
I have copied the applications supporting this device to provide you with more details should you need any?
Thanks.
