Hi Team,

we are using this LM5140 for some product, But in some of boards we are getting sudden power down issue, after which board will not turn on.

We are getting VDDA = 0.8V,VCC= 0.8V, and HB =0.8V.

we are facing this issue in 10% of boards, which is very big.

Please help me out in troubleshooting.

Hi Harsh,

Please send the schematic and a completed LM5140-Q1 quickstart file (it's available in the product folder). Also, please send more detail regarding the conditions at which the issue occurred.

Hi Harsh,

Hiccup is enabled after an overcurrent condition, and the hiccup time is related to the cap tied at the RES pin.
