Hello team,

Is there a calculation tool to estimate power dissipation of TPS92200?

I would like to know how much margin on junction temperature will exist in case of 1.5A continuous current case.

    Hi Taketo,

         I'm sorry that we don't have the tool to estimate the power loss in TPS92200, but you can refer to the datasheet and get the efficiency and get the roughly power loss to know the power loss(it includes power loss in TPS92200, power loss in inductor). But we would recommend requesting a TPS92200EVM and test under your application environment. This is an accurate way to know the thermal performance.
