Dear Sir,

I used TPS563210A to do a 5V input and 1V/0.3A ouput circuit. I found power-good signal is weird, please refer to following waveform, channel is output voltage and vhannel 2 is power-good signal.

Why there is a step when power-good signal from 0V change to 3.3V (pull-up voltage)?

Hi,

3.3K pull up resistor may be too small, please try 100k and test again .

Hi，

The power good output, PG is an open drain FET output. The Rdson of this FET is around 500ohm~ 1K. When the FET running with lower current , the resistor could be larger . Considering the resistive subdivision, suggest resistor 10k~100k.
