Yes. You can use the 3-phase channel of TPSM831D31 for 0.5V @ 60A. The boot voltage for both channels is 0.5V. You may also program a new boot voltage through PMBus as desired.

the datasheet show • Output Voltage Range: 0.25 V to 1.52 V(may i know max output voltage?)

TPSM831D31 is validated and designed for up to 1.52V output. This limitation is given by the inductor used on the module, to ensure it will not saturate during operation.
