Hi,

Can I simulate the thermal characteristics of LM5122 on Webench?

The previous version of Webench could simulate it.

    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    Currently, we do not support the thermal simulation in the WEBENCH tool. However, you will get alerts within the tool if thermal limits (such as IC Tj) have been exceeded when you change the components in the new tool. You will be able to get the Tj for the IC in WEBENCH - irrespective of thermal simulations.
