Hi,

To all Experts.

I see there are similar TI's chargers BQ24780, BQ24780S, BQ24781 but only BQ24780S datasheet is available. Why there is no any official information regarding BQ24780, BQ24781?

Could anyone tell me what is the difference between those chips exactly?

Hi, Alexander,

They are family parts, with minor difference on the switching frequency. BQ24781 supports 300kHz/400kHz lower switching frequency options. For your information, BQ24800 has better accuracy and improved performance.

But I need to know in details what are the Manufactures IDs, SMBus adresses, default values, options, etc. I know there is BQ24781 datasheet at least, how to get it?

Hi, Alexander,

BQ24781 datasheet is not available online. Please use BQ24780S. They have the same SMBUS address, default values and options.
