TPS7A16: Reverse currents from Out to In

Part Number: TPS7A16

Hi TI,

I have seen in the datasheet of the TPS7A16 at the absolute maximum ratings, that the "OUT pin to IN pin" voltage should not exceed MIN: –62V  and MAX: 0.3V.

Based on my measurements (see Oscilloscope screenshot below), as the input voltage drops under ~900mV, the output voltage stays on a ~300mV higher potential parallel with the dropping input voltage.

Is this phenomenon dangerous for the MOS "Pass Device"?

Thank you in advance.
