BQSTUDIO: Problem using BQstudio with AMD computers

Using BQStudio in AMD computers I can only read the Bridge, but I can not read the stack. On INTEL computers everything works fine and I can read bridge and stack.

I reapeted the experiment in several computers with AMD cpu and found the same problem. On the other hand, I repeated with several computers with INTEL cpu and it always works fine. Both set of computers with Windows 10.

Setup used:

IC: BQ7960A-Q1
bqz file: Monitor_1_03-bq79606.bqz
BQStudio version: 1.3.101 Build 1

I would appreciate any help.

Can you let us know what error message is shown by bqStudio? Or post a picture?

There is no error message.

The software starts, it connects to the bridge but I can not see any device from the stack.

This is a capture of what I see after connecting, when using any AMD computer. You can see in Device Communication information that only the bridge (0x00) is listed.

When using other with intel (I tested asus and lenovo with intel) I can see, apart from the bridge, the rest of the devices (0x01, 0x02 and so on) in the Device Communication information.

Did you try clicking "Run Auto Address"?

Yes.

In intel computers, I can see all the stack when I open the program. Of course, if I click Run Auto adress I can alse see the stack.

In amd, I can not see the stack initially, and after clicking Run auto adress nothing changes and all I see is the Bridge (0x00).
