BQ40Z50-R1: BQ40Z50-R1

Hi

We have designed a BQ40z50-r1 BMS fuel Gauge Board and we have connected to 4S1P battery pack

When connected to the battery we could not able to read the battery pack pin voltage and the XCHG,XDSG bit has been Set and also CF(Condition Flag) has been set.

Kindly give a suggestion to resolve the battery issue.

The chem ID has been programmed.

It is programmed in a way such that the Gas Gauge file is directly programmed (taken from our Existing battery which has same cells).

The learning Cycle has not done.

Could you suggest what does a learning cycle mean??

Your CF flag is set.

Please check whether Maxerror>Maxerror limit.

You can set it in DF:Gas Gauging> Condition Flag >Max Error Limit.
