Based on the latest data sheet, the typ Iq is 5uA.
But based on Figure 4. No Load Supply Current vs Input Voltage, the typ Iq is higher than 5uA. I suspect there is something wrong. Please help to clarify.

The figure 4 is not Iq curve. It is no load supply current. Iq represents the quiescent current into IC with no switching. Figure 4 is input current with no load but there is still some switching happening.
