TPS23753A: Power dissipation

Hi,

We want to know power data of TPS23753A.

Because our customer got a request Tj data on their B'd from their buyer.

So, we have to estimate Tj data from below equation.

Tj = Ta + (RθJA + Power)

We can't find power data on data sheet.

Could you please send it to me ASAP?

  • During normal operation, the approximate total power dissipated would be the TPS23753A power input (Vdd pin) + the supply for the gate drive (VC) + the power dissipated across the hotswap FET (Rdson).

    Ptotal = (Vdd*Idd) + (Ivc_op*Vvc) + (Rds(on)*Irtn^2)

    For Idd, Measure the input current when VVDD = 48 V, or 40 V ≤ VVDD ≤ 57 V

    Input bias current VVDD = VRTN = 30 V, Measure IRTN
