Hello,
I see the TPS7B81 is newly released...
Is there a plan to release a PSPICE model? In particular we're wondering about transient performance.
If not would the TPS7B82 be an acceptable substitute model?
Thank you, Keith

Hi Keith,
We did release the model for TPS7B81-Q1, but for some reason, it's not currently on TI.com. I am attaching the model file in this post and will work to have it also on Ti.com.
If you are looking for improved transient performance, I would suggest checking out TPS7B84/85/86/87/88 devices and their transient performance has improved over TPS7B81-Q1.
