Hi team,
For input voltage 36-72V, output voltage 540V, 6kW isolated solution, which topology is suitable here?
Can our UCC28951 FSFB support this application?
Can you help recommend a solution for me?
Thanks.

Hi Kelly,
an expert will look into this post.
Hello,
The UCC28951 can be designed for high power applications due to its ability to zero voltage switch.
I have seen UCC28951 used in applications up to 2 kW. In a 6 kW application you could run 3 in parallel.
The following link will bring you to a 2 kW reference design.

Hello,
You should be able to this by properly selecting the transformer turns ratio, your input range is 2 to 1. So that is O.K.
UVLO for the UCC28951 is 7.2V so that would be O.K.
Most of the designs I have worked on are step down and not step up. If you don't require isolation you could do this with a boost converter. However, you won't have over load protection with a boost.
