Hi team,

My customer is using TPS62400 for their power design. They have soft start requirement and the spec is 100ms and it is designed by RC time constant. They would like to consult you whether there is concern and suggestion about their circuit as below figure. Thanks.

I reviewed the schematic and it looks okay. I do not foresee any issue with the soft start requirement, but are they facing any issue currently?

Hi Febin,

Sorry for the late response. Customer would like to check whether there will be some concern during Vin turning into off since Vin drop fast than Ven.

Whether there will be reverse current flow back from Vout and burn out the body diode of high side mosfet.
