Hi,

If Vin1 is, for example, 5V and the VIN2 isn't attached (floating) then the /CE is floating what is not recommended state. In the DS there is information: Do not leave floating. Is there something I don't understand in the operation of the dual ideal diode ORing?

This situation is very risky, especially during radiated RF immunity test (IEC 61000-4-3) and shouldn't pass any risk analysis or worst case analysis.

I understand your concern.

Can you place a high-value pulldown on top /CE pin? such as several hunder kOhm or a MOhm? This will prevent a floating condition.

If there is any risk with floating CE pin in this configuration, I think you should add information about it to the datasheet.
