TPS65251: pin books like black

Hi,

We are using TPS65251-1RHAR in our SMT. But the pins looks like black and can not pass SMT machine（somethinglike a Optical Inspection System to assist SMT location ） to next step. Can anyone help me to check what can we do?

121pcs out of 3K reel was through out by SMT machine. Pics as below.
