Hi,

1, H/L Gate resistors, suggest to use 0ohm first

2, Suggest to add 2 more locations for input, and if the input is lower, a bulk cap is suggested to use.

3, Suggest to add MLCC locations at outputs, 3~4pcs 47uf is ok

4, 0.15uH should be ok to use, just 0.22uH is full validated on EVM.

1. Does the inductance DCR have a limit value?

2.WEBENCH cannot simulate efficiency under the following conditions

DCR=0.7mohm. L =0.15u

Vin =5v vout =1.8v Iout =27A

Hi GARETH,

No limitation with DCR, the lower the better. For efficiency, actually i suggest you can apply EVM or ask FAE to help apply EVM and check it with the components which you would like to use.

I just see the Iout=27A, it is peak value or DC value? if it is DC value, you need to care about the inductor thermal and also you need to care about the layout, big plane for thermal dispassion.
