Hi,
How much current can the ESD diode of the recent DCDC power device handle?
There is that it say 10mA by other answers, is it same?

Hello PAN-M,
Can you please specify which device you are talking about?

Hello PAN-M,
I am going to transfer this question to the power team, since they are responsible for that part.

Hi,
As I think this value is not tested, the rough value is OK.
ex. under 5ma, 10mA, 20mA,,,,

Hello PAN-M,
I believe we had discussed this issue under your previous thread few days ago. In general, ESD diodes are not designed for continuous current conduction but only for small amount of time (think us) in case of an ESD event. So continuous current should not be applied for esd diodes. I case of current for extended period of time, as a general discussion and not as a specification of the device, it should be under 5mA.
Kind Regards,
Liaqat
