Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. You can calculate Qsw using the parameters specified in the FET datasheet as shown below:

Qsw = Qgs + Qgd - Qg(th)

For the CSD18531Q5A the typical values are: Qgs = 6.9nC, Qgd = 5.9nC and Qg(th) = 5.2nC

Qsw = 6.9nC + 5.9nC - 5.2nC = 7.6nC
