my customer would like to use BQ4050 for one cell battery gauge and protection:
but we've got only FET drive parameter at 4.92V<VBAT<18V, can we assure that the device is able to drive the charge/discharge FET when Vbat<4.92V?
My customer would like to use this device for one cell battery pack gauge and protection(overdischarge), and black box feature for failure battery analysis. Is BQ4050 the best suitable device? Do we have any device with a better cost that could meet customer's requirement?
