BQ24780S: ACDRV driven low for unknown reason

Part Number: BQ24780S
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24781

Hi,

This is a NB product using BQ24781 as the charger IC.  The issue is about an unexpected ACDRV drop when the system side consume a heavy loading (170W/8.7A).  Please check the waveform as below at the moment when ACDRV drop to open the MOSFET.

CH1: +VIN is the system voltage

CH2:  BATDIS_G is ACDRV

CH3:  BQIBAT is IDCHG

CH4: BQIADP is IADP

At this moment, ACOK keeps high.  We're currently checking if LEARN mode is enabled or not.  Please suggest what else we should check to clarify this.  THanks!

Antony
