It is out of SPEC, What effect and how to improve?

Hi Star,

This is not a clean waveform. Please use single edge trigger, and not run/stop. Capture BTST-SW as well as HIDRV-SW.

The bandwidth is set to 500MHz and 1GHz test the same waveform as above.

Worried about damaging the chip? How to change the parameters if I want to improve this problem?

Hi Star,

Do you not observe any switching at all? Edge trigger will capture the waveform without overlaying the signals on each other. You can share the schematic and I can review
