BQ25616: BQ25616 charge current low

My customer design the schematic of BQ25616. After the OTG pin is pulled low (the SATA&PG light is always on when the power is turned on), but the charging current is very small.

Attached the schematic for your reference.

The D+ D- is floating, and they want the charge current is 2A.

Can the above circuit achieve 2A charging current？

ILIM sets the input current limit when the input adapter is detected as unknown (i.e. D+/D- pins are open).

Please check if STAT pin indicate any faults and debug from there. STAT pin blinks 1Hz when Charge suspend (input overvoltage, TS fault, timer fault or system overvoltage).

Please also check if the input source is over-loaded, either the current exceeds the input current limit or the VBUS pin voltage falls below the input voltage limit.

When the input current limit or input voltage limit is reached, the device then reduces the charge current until the input current falls below the input current limit and the input voltage rises above the input voltage limit.
