TPS568230: Unit of Tss

Hi Team,

Could you tell me the "unit" of Tss ?

The right side unit of Eq(2) is (mF * V / A), so I understand that the left side unit will be (ms), is that correct?

But when I calculate it as an example, for Css=3.3nF, Vf = 0.6, Iss= 5uA, this is a bit confusing because (3.3*0.6)/5 = 0.396(ms) < 1.3ms(default).

Yes, it is ms. And if setting is <default, default value will be defined.

Thanks for your prompt response on this.

I understood the unit should be ms scale.

Regarding your additional comments, I understood if customer want to set the ss time longer than default, they need to put 10.83nF or larger cap as Css though, is my understanding correct?
