Is Vref accuracy the only difference between TPS563202 and TPS563202S?
But there is no difference in the characteristic graphs of both FB and Tj.

For example, how can I estimate the accuracy of 85 degrees?

Hi Kobayashi,

Yes, the only difference is the Vref accuracy.

In chart we collected 30pcs sample Vref voltage at different temp to get the curve. So the differences is very small.

in large manufactory sample, TPS563202S Vref accuracy is higher.

You mean you want to know the Vref various at 85C, right?

Yes, the accuracy of Vref is specified only at 25 degrees, so what percentage is it at 85 degrees?

For TPS563202S, Vref accuracy is 1.5% at 25C, 2% at -40 to 125C.

Now we have these data. is it OK for you? if you really need data at 85C. we need to take time to get it.

OK, I understand that the TPS563202S is 2% in the full temperature range.

What is the percentage of TPS563202 in the full temperature range?

TPS563202 full temperature range accuracy is 2.5%.
