Can the CSD13381F4 Mosfet be switched ON using Vgs = 1.37 V?
In the schematic below, we will apply 1.37 V to switch LEDs on; can you please comment on the viability of our design?

Hi Faisal,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I cannot see the schematic attached to your post. The CSD13381F4 has on resistance specified in the datasheet to a minimum gate-source voltage, VGS = 1.8V. Below that voltage, TI cannot guarantee on resistance and we do not recommend operating the FET with VGS < 1.8V. In order to guarantee proper operation, you will need to modify your design to ensure VGS >= 1.8V.
