Hi,

Can we add one big pull down resistor to TPS40322's EN pin, such as 100kohm? We need keep it off at initial state.

How about 20K enable pull down resistor, will this lead to the start up sequence fail?

20k pulldown will interfere with the calibration sequence.

Once the voltage starts ramping up after calibration it is only being charged by 10uA and must be able to reach > 0.7V.

I recommend to use an open drain pull-down device on the SS capacitor , then have a passive pull-up to VDD on the gate to keep the pull-down active.
