Hi Ryan,
Please provide more application information such as VIN, SW frequency, LED count and so on, then I can check your schematic accurately.

Hi Robin,
Vin = 48V +/- 5%. We use a DC/DC for the Input to the LED Driver chip. Below is the schematic (also from TI. Please help review also)
Below are some details of the design. Please let me know if you may need further information.
For your advice.
Thanks.
Hi Ryan,
I need some time for this. BTW, you may ask a new question about the DCDC converter schematic review since I'm not responsable for it, it belongs to the other product line.
Thanks.
Robin
Hi Ryan,
There are two points that needs be careful about:
1.C44 is recommended to choose a capacitor larger than 10nF.
2.VOUT_max=28x3.3V=92.4V
IOUT=306mAx3=918mA
IIN_avg=VOUTxIOUT/90%/VIN=3.9A
But the FET's ID is only 2.4A, please choose a proper one.
Besides, the diode current capability is also not enough.
