TPS22990:Design issue

Dear sir

1.Conditions of use are

VIN=1.05V

VOUT=1.05V

VBIAS=5V

IOUT=0.6A max

Input capacitance=10u

Output capacitor=1u

Equipment requirements VOUT rise time+ON delay time should be within 65us

Does the design of ct=0uf cause problems?

    it is ok to float CT, this will just result in teh minimum possible rise time. 

    Please see section 9.3.2 for data on rise time with 0 cap on CT pin. For 1.05V , you should expect ~12us rise time, nominal. 

    Please let me know if any additional questions. If this answers your questions, please help me with 

    ON Delay time includes for 1.05V  24us typ which meets your spec. You can even add capacitance to CT pin and it will meet your spec.
