Hello,

My customer is asking the same question of the below E2E post.

Is this layout, GND under the inductor, strong recommendation by TI? Is it better to use this layout for LMR33630?
Or is it just an example?

    Hi Oba,

    If you ask two different engineers this question you're likely to get two different responses.

    In this case I believe Sam's analysis is the best so I would keep the Ground plane under the inductor for better thermal performance and EMI performance.
