Hi Experts, 

According to this waveform, is the marked position the same as the measurement time defined by Jitter measurement?

    Hi Alan,

    Like you've shown in the second picture, the jitter is really the maximum off-time minus the minimum off-time. Also shown there this is equivalent to Tmeasure-Ton. You have marked these times correctly in the waveform. It could be measured either way but usually I measure the off-time and take the difference between the max and the min since this requires only one measurement.
