LP87702-Q1: How to configure Fsw

Hi Team,

Customer failed to configure Fsw in 87702.And it always is the default value 4MHz.

In EVM, customer also meet the same issue.

Does it need any special operation to configure the Fsw?

Hi Amelie,

Unfortunately the switching frequencies for all regulators are locked by the OTP settings and cannot be changed by the user.

Hi Samu,

If the swtich frequency is locked by OTP, could we offer BOOST and BUCK Fsw =2MHz version for customer to use?

The reason why customer need to change 4M to 2M is they have noise in 4MHz and want to avoid it.

If LP87702 can't do that, do we have p2p and 2MHz Fsw to replace LP87702?

Hi Amelie,

There isn't 2 MHz LP87702-Q1 available publicly. That would require a custom OTP and an approved business case.
