Customer need to know the max PWM frequency for the PWM pin input. We can't find it in datasheet, could you support it?

Another question: When the 5V input missing, and adding a 12V at the OUT pin, will it damage the IC in this condition?

We recommend the frequency from 200Hz to 20kHz.
