Hi team, 

Is preproduction silicon sampling now - final silicon? 

Will there be any differences between it and final product - LM74800QDRRRQ1

Also, when is it expected to RTM?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Please see my response inline below.

    Is preproduction silicon sampling now - final silicon? 

    • No

    Will there be any differences between it and final product - LM74800QDRRRQ1

    • Yes, there will be some differences in TON response, charge pump strength between the final silicon and the one which is sampling now. 

    Also, when is it expected to RTM?

    • The expected RTM date is 1st week of Dec 2020. i.e. within 2 weeks from now.
