Hi Sir/madam

My charger should operate in the following conditions

input voltage : 15V

input current :2.4A

output voltage:12V

output current : 1.2A

my charger is working without system in the sense it should charge only the battery...

what are the registers i should set so that it would give exact output please help me with these i have tried different boards and burnt 7 IC please reply to this thread.....

Hi Vinith,

How are the IC being damaged? These are normal test conditions so I am inclined ti think layout or test setup is the issue. Have you been able to isolate the damage? Where is the part being damaged?

Sir ,

the regn pin is going to 0.3v after dumping

Hi Vinith,

REGN is used to drive the switching FET so that is why you aren't seeing any switching. There is an issue with the layout or test setup. You will observe normal operating conditions if using the EVM.

sir can i share my schematic

and one more thing sir the regn pin is giving 6v in one of the board but the output is 13.4v which is not required and the mos is not switching sir...

please send me ur mail sir i am in a critical situation please help me out
